MoleMap Account and Data Deletion

This page applies to MoleMap, operated by Best Devhub SRL, fiscal code 40844165, with its registered address at Sat Miroslavesti nr. 97A, Prahova, Romania, Cod 107486.

If you want your MoleMap account and associated personal data deleted from the Service, you can use one of the methods below.

Option 1, request deletion from the app

Open the MoleMap app.
Go to your profile or account settings.
Choose Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

In-app deletion is the fastest option if you still have access to your account.

Option 2, request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send your request from the email address linked to your MoleMap account:

Please use the subject line MoleMap Account Deletion Request. To help us identify your account faster, include the email address associated with your MoleMap account in the message.

What data will be deleted

Your account profile and login-related personal data
Mole photos, uploaded images, and related monitoring content
Analysis history, comparisons, reminders, and related account records
Credits and in-app account data associated with your profile

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or regulatory compliance purposes, including limited transaction and invoicing records where applicable.

Deletion timeline

Validated deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to complete security or compliance checks.
